ZEQRON CONSTITUTION V4
The foundational legal and technical framework of the Zeqron Sovereign Network. Two-chamber consensus and node sovereignty.
THE ZEQRON CONSTITUTION
This document establishes the sovereign framework for the Zeqron Network. It defines the relationship between the Foundation, the Engineering Chambers, and the Mesh Node operators.
ARTICLE I: NODE SOVEREIGNTY
Every peer in the Zeqron Mesh is a sovereign entity. No central authority can force a state transition without following the PQC-signed consensus protocols defined in the Ghost-Sync specifications.
ARTICLE II: TWO-CHAMBER GOVERNANCE WITH INDEPENDENT ARBITRATION
The Zeqron Foundation operates under a two-chamber model:
- ::CHAMBER_OF_ENGINEERS: Responsible for the mathematical integrity of the Lattice and Ghost-Sync protocols.
- ::GOVERNANCE_COUNCIL: Handles resource allocation, grant distribution, and ecosystem development.
- ::INDEPENDENT_ARBITRATION: A group of randomly selected node reputations that resolve conflicts between the two chambers.
ARTICLE III: THE GHOST CONSENSUS
Consensus is achieved through weight-accumulation on the BlockDAG. All rules for block validity must be verifiable via open-source WASM runtimes.
